Quadro Ytron^® ZC Inline Powder Disperser

Delivering single-pass and continuous high-speed powder dispersion of extremely difficult-to-wet powders.

The Quadro Ytron^® ZC is uniquely engineered to incorporate and disperse even the most difficult-to-wet powders, thickening agents, and rheology modifiers into a liquid stream in a single pass. In many cases, this disperser can eliminate the need to use additional dispersants or wetting agents.

Quadro^® HV Homogenizer and Wet Mill

Accomplish high shear results without the need for high-pressure processing.

Producing more than 55x the process shear energy than a conventional rotor-stator mill,  the Quadro^® HV high shear mixer homogenizer series achieves finer size reduction and takes less processing time, significantly lowering capital costs when compared to alternative technologies.

Available in two configurations, this mill can be optimized for homogenizing or wet milling, depending on the application.

Tooling is available in a variety of slot sizes, providing a high degree of flexibility, and options for fine-tuning and multi-process changeovers.

Quadro Ytron^® Jet Mixer

A low shear in-tank mixing system providing highly efficient liquid blending, solids suspension, powder incorporation, and dissolving of solids.

With a unique rotor/stator mixing head that creates a pure axial flow discharge jet, heat transfer rates are improved and batch blending times are reduced by up to 80%.
